What is progress measurement?
Progress measurement is a tool used to track changes in your symptoms, functioning, therapeutic alliance, etc. It uses a series of questionnaires supported by research which demonstrates that these tools are effective for measuring symptom severity.
What does progress measurement involve?
- Specific questionnaires are selected for you by your therapist based on your presenting concerns
- Choose how you want to participate - you can complete questionnaires via email, text, before a session, or during your session
- You are able to view your own results and see your progress over time as you complete assessments
