Where can I share feedback about a therapist?
After you have met with your therapist, you may have feedback that you would like to share regarding your experience. Whether this is positive or constructive feedback, the process to relay this feedback is the same. A week after your first scheduled session with your therapist, you will receive an email from your case manager asking for your feedback. You can reply to this email with your feedback, which remains confidential between you and your case manager.
The benefits of sharing your feedback
Sharing your feedback with your case manager is beneficial in a number of ways:
- It provides Greenspace additional insight into the strengths and weaknesses of therapists in our network . This allows case managers to better tailor matches to therapists in the future.
- If you are looking for another match, it allows your case manager to learn more about what would make your next match a better fit.
- If you have constructive feedback about a therapist and do not feel comfortable sharing with them directly, you could let a case manager know and provide them consent to share this feedback with the therapist on your behalf. This can be done confidentially and can provide a learning opportunity for therapists to better support clients in the future.
