Results of the intake questionnaire

One of the first steps in the matching process is to complete an intake questionnaire. After finishing your questionnaire, you may be curious of your results and want a copy of your intake questionnaire. Upon being matched with a therapist, the platform will automatically provide you with access to view your results plotted on a graph, which you will also be able to review with your therapist.

In the situation where you connect with a therapist outside of our network and want to share your results from the intake questionnaire, your therapist will need to create an account here. We can then transfer your file to the therapist and they can review your results with you.
