I completed my intake call, what are the next steps?
Depending on the outcome of your intake call, your case manager will begin the process of selecting a therapist for you.
Insurance information
If you were unsure about the details regarding your insurance during the intake call, your case manager will send you a follow up email outlining the important questions to ask your insurance provider. Please contact your insurance provider after your intake call to gather these pieces of information and relay this back to your case manager. Upon providing this information, your case manager will be able to move forward and begin looking for a therapist for you.
Securing an appointment
If your case manager has all the information required, they will begin by conducting a search for a therapist within the Greenspace network. Please note that it may take between 3-5 business days for your case manager to get back to you with potential appointment times. During this time, please continue to monitor your email as our therapists will only hold appointment times for 24-48 business hours once the appointment time has been offered.
Once your case manager selects a therapist that is a good match, they will contact you by email with more information. This email will include information about the therapist's name, location, cost, area of focus, their website (if available), and any appointment times that have been offered. At this time, feel free to research the therapist to ensure that it would be an appropriate match. You can also use this as an opportunity to double check that your insurance covers the provider that has been offered. If you do not think it is a good match, please let your case manager know.
