Confidentiality of your information

Greenspace's Matching Program is confidential and anything you share with your case manager will not be released without your consent. However, there are limits to confidentiality and there are some situations where your case manager has a duty to report:

• If you indicate that you are in immediate danger of harming yourself
• If you indicate that you are in immediate danger of harming others
• If child abuse or neglect is suspected
• If elder abuse or neglect is suspected among residents in long-term care homes
• If you disclose that you have experienced sexual abuse by a regulated health professional
• If the information you provided is required by a judiciary body
