How do I reschedule my intake call?
Upon completing your intake questionnaire, you are given the choice of scheduling an intake call. Sometimes after booking an intake call, you realize that you are no longer available for the time selected - that is okay!
Once a case manager is assigned to your case, they will send you an email to confirm your intake call appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your intake call for any reason, please respond directly to that email as soon as possible, and your assigned case manager will re-schedule your intake call at a time that is convenient for you.
